Tuesday 111213 Decreasing Ladder

Are you exhausted?  Feel like you are getting a cold?  Didn't sleep very well for the last few nights?  Have you done 2-3 WODs in a row and feel like you need a rest day?  THEN REST!
Rest days and recovery time is when growth takes place.  That growth might mean your body is using available energy to repair tissue from yesterday's WOD or that it is fighting off a cold or fixing an injury.  Look below- that is how we feel after the typical WOD.  Interestingly- I happen to know that prior to this WOD, Damon had taken a few days to recover from a little bit of a sickness.  I also know that Rob was on the brink of a cold a couple days after that picture was taken- and he opted out of today's workout in favor of sleeping and resting.  Way to go boys- you are taking care of yourselves; looking at the big picture instead of getting too worked up about missing out on a  few days of training. I hope you have learned something from Damon and Rob!
Time!
Tuesday's WOD; class times at 6 and 9am, then again at 4 and 6pm.
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
45kg Squat clean
Double-under
85kg Deadlift
Post scaling and time to journals/chalkboard.
