But I also think it is ironic how easy it is sometimes to overlook the overarching goal of CrossFit, even though it is written all over everything: becoming prepared for things OUTSIDE CrossFit. "Learning and playing new sports" and otherwise doing physical things outside of the Hut not only builds our appreciation and motivation for what goes on in the Hut, it helps us come up with our own definition of "fitness" customized for ourselves and then evaluate our strengths and weaknesses in a very practical way.Tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08072852490083451329noreply@blogger.com
