Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups

Looks like rain is coming!  Come workout inside and stay warm and dry.

    10 minutes with 10 reps
