Saturday 091218 Run Carry Drag

THIS was pure pleasure.  A welcome respite from those suffer-fests in which we normally engage.  No effort, unlimited oxygen, a free-floating sensation of weightlessness.

Run 150m
Carry 10 kg plate 80m
Drag sled with10 kg plate 60m

Run 150m
Carry 15 kg plate 80m
Drag sled with 25 kg plates 60m

Run 150m
Carry 20 kg plate 80m
Drag sled with 45 kg plates 60m

Finish times range between 6+ minutes to 10 minutes.

    Don't let Mike fool you. There was plenty of suffering to go around. An excellent workout.

    I think we should repeat this one during the next rain storm.
