Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 34kg (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 34 kg (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

This is the final WOD at the Hut for 2009. Join us on Thursday on the sand under Malibu Pier before 230pm... we will depart on a 2 hour beach run/walk/sprint/bike. Then see you back at the Hut on Monday January 4th at 7am.
Great work 7am and 10am crew (I am sure Mike can vouch for the 4pm crew). A lot of work done in a short period of time. Excellent effort.
