August Programs
August Teen Class series... Wednesday and Friday 3:30-4:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 10am. No CrossFit experience needed- but must be willing and motivated to "move large loads, long distances quickly," and enjoy doing so :) 12 classes for $185, begins Wednesday August 4th. 12-17 year olds.
Adult OnRamp intro program starts Tuesday August 3rd- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm and optional 10am Saturday classes. A great way to become oriented to the CrossFit program- a month long series that covers the 9 fundamental movements and CrossFit programming. $240 for the month.
Kids sessions begin again in August! Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 to 3:30pm. Newcomers welcome, ages 8-12. Eight sessions for $135.
