Friday 100910 Row/Thrusters

Five rounds of:
Row 2 minutes for max calories
62/44 kg Thruster, max reps in 1 minute
1 minute rest.

Eric finishing the new Row/Run/SUP course...establishing the course record of 32:05.  Nick and Brian also completed the course this morning- doing a solid job on the paddle despite being very new to the sport!

Row 2000m at the Hut
Run to Surfrider (1 mile)
Paddle around 2nd Lifeguard Buoy and back (800m)
25 sand burpees
Sand sprint to Malibu Beach Inn stairs and back
