Wednesday 101020 Row/DB Snatch

For time:
Row 1K
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 50 reps
Run 800m or Row 750
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 35 reps
Row 500m
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 20 reps













A recent increase in deadlift related WODs have shown up over the past 3-4 weeks.  The result was that almost everyone PR'd today.  So- that MIGHT mean you won't see deadlifts again for a few days.  Then again, they MIGHT show up again tomorrow.    Nick showed up after a Transatlantic voyage last week and promptly crushed the DLs with a PR of 170kg (the pic above is his PR lift).  Some other notables included Tim's PR of over 15% and BreAnne, a newcomer to the movement hit over 92 kg on her first group WOD!

  2. The problem with CrossFit is every time I start feeling good about my progress someone moves up in weight again. I will never catch up at this rate. Nice work.
