Spartan Sunday Training 110109

4-6 rounds for time of:
250m uphill trail sprint
5 broad jumps
10 table jumps/bounds
3 minute recovery/downhill run to start
5 cattle fence climbs Nice work Tracy, Dr Deb, Curt, Tom and Bob in our first Sunday training WOD!

  1. Good times. This stuff is especially helpful mentally: reducing the intimidation factor of hills, obstacles, long distances, etc.
