A little heads-up on Thursday's WOD... for planning purposes I am letting you know that we will be having a
1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Deadlift and BBQ on Thursday night at 5pm following the 4pm class. There will still be 6 and 7pm deadlift workouts... come join in the fun. A no-host BBQ, grill is open, some sides provided, you bring the meat to burn and the people to be social with! This is a CFM tradition. Bring friends.
