Sunday 110605 Rest Day... sort of

Thanks to Mark, Chris, Arbel and the LAX CrossFit family for hosting us on Saturday.  Our first Box Jump and they really liked us, they REALLY did!  More importantly, we loved training with LAXCF members George, Sanjit, Ahmed, Christian, Christine, Zach, Doug, and Laze  Awesome space, cool t-shirts, monstrous pull up bar system, FUN phat ropes, a SCOREBOARD, and Coors Lite for recovery drink.

You can rest today if you want... but we are headed to CrossFit Pacific Palisades for WOD and BBQ.
