Tuesday 110809 Tabata Something Else

It has been a while since a full-out Tabata WOD.  Recently most of the Tabata pursuits have existed as Finishers or as a "Tabata your weakness".... and even a mixed up Tabata partner workout a few Saturdays ago. One hallmark of good fitness is the ability to do work and then recover quickly- development of stamina.  Remember... 8 sets of 20 seconds work... that is EIGHT sets.  How will you begin each set?  All out sprint?  Will you pace out each activity to maintain an even number of reps per event?  We will talk about strategies in class... but Andy Petranek from CrossFit LA posted three different ideas on how to approach their "Tabata This" WOD on Monday- read to get some ideas.  Also read the comments to see how CFLA members responded to their blog post on how they'd strategize.
Ondrej's audience... watches in awe!
Remember- 7am Yoga class each Tuesday in August.  The standard WODs at 6. 9am/4, 6pm

Tuesday's WOD
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
