Monday 120213 Row, Run, Throw

This week's Habit: I will eat X servings of vegetables daily.  REMEMBER- create a habit that you are 90% sure you can hit ...  and when you are successful and a few weeks later you feel like upping the serving amount, you can!  Personally, I am shooting for 2 servings daily this week.  
Luke gets UP for the BIG Saturday WOD this past week.

Monday's Class times: 7, 9, 10am and 5pm WOD.  6pm strength class 
Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Run 400 meters
30 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14 pounds
Post time and scaling to journals/chalkboard.
