Monday 120423 Clean and Jackie

Just Squat.  Watch this fun little montage of squattisms from Coach Glassman and other CFHQ trainers.
With a barbell, a med ball, an atlas stone OR  a simple Air Squat.  But squat.
Monday's WOD: 7, 9, 10am and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm.  OnRamp class at 7pm
1 RM Clean
15 minutes technique/work up to one rep max
then
"Jackie"
Row 1000m
20/15kg Thruster, 50 reps
30 Pull ups
Post clean load and Jackie time/scaling to journals/chalkboard.

  1. Man, if you over-rely on anything -- back, legs, arms -- this WOD will punish you severely.

    P.S. It will also punish you if you took a few months off.
