Tuesday 120612 DB Strength

Damon moves into 40 walking lunges, side-by-side with Mia and Bodhi- as part of his 40th Bday "Filthy Forty" WOD last week. Milestone birthday or other Big event coming up?  Let us know- we can use it for fodder for ruthless WODs!
Synchronized family walking lunges

Tuesday's WOD: classes at 6 and 9am, 4 and 6pm.  Fundamentals class at 8am.
Reminder:  NO kids class today!
One minute wonder- Toes to Bar (if you don't have one yet, here are 60 seconds to get one!)
then
Five rounds NOT for time of:
50/30# DB deadlift, 5 reps
50/30# DB front squat, 5 reps
50/30# DB hang power clean, 5 reps
50/30# DB push press, 5 reps
Rest until recovered between rounds
Post load used to chalkboard/journals
