Saturday Morning Schedule 120721

8:30am Yoga Class-  Kristin teaches the class directed at CrossFitters needing more flexibility and balance, holding static poses using body weight muscular endurance.  Time is also spent in deep relaxation.  All CFM members highly encouraged to attend!

10am WOD- This Saturday's programming is an offshoot of a Games event last weekend.  Unlike most Saturdays- this training session with be individual work, but with time off enough to cheer for others.  Any guesses as to what it will be?
