I HAVE TO ADMIT IT- in college, I would have never been able to consistently make it to a 6am class to train. As an "adult" with more responsibility like having kids, a full time job, paying taxes and picking up dry cleaning- it is often a necessity to get in and train at very specific times within the only given windows of time throughout the day... but as a COLLEGE STUDENT? When there is all that time to hang out and procrastinate (at least that was the case for ME)... I am astounded and impressed with our student-athletes who get in here so consistently to train. Keep it up students!- from the high schoolers, Pepp undergrads and law students to those masters/post grad students who also have long drives. The kind of dedication and strength of character you show is every bit as important as the physical strength you are gaining. And it will ALL serve you well in the now and in the future.
