Monday Chipper 121008

Here's to the September Personal Records!  There were lots of heavy thruster and back squat records set in September... and quite a few body weight successes.  Our DUs have improved with more practice and resulting from the double under clinic.  We also saw some great initial AND repeat scores on Cindy as well as CF Baseline.  This Friday we will have a benchmark GIRL scheduled!  Come on out and PR everyone.

Monday WOD: class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4 and 5pm.  Strength class at 6pm (7pm OnRamp continues)
For time:
70 Burpees
60 Abmat Sit ups
50 Kettlebell swings 24/18kg
40 Push ups
30 Pull ups
Post time and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
*B Scaling reps scheme goes: 50, 50, 40, 30, 20
