For time, complete:
500m row
40 Wall ball shots (on containers outside in front yard across from Hut)
30 power cleans (50/30kg)
20 push presses (same barbell)
10 top deck burpee pull ups (burpee, jump to bar, climb to topV of pull up rack, then pull up- CLIMB DOWN under FULL control!)
Post number of rounds and scaling to journal/chalkboard.
