Wednesday 121121 Double Chipper

A small addition to today's schedule... you requested a strength class at 5pm.  It's on!

Reminder about classes on Friday and Saturday: 10am group WODs on each day!  Take Thursday off:)

Wednesday's WOD: Class times at 7, 9, 10am and again at 4pm.  Strength class at 5pm!
Two rounds for time of:
20 Supine ring rows, heels on 20" box
30 Hang power snatch (35/25kg)
40 Front squats (same bar and weight as HPS)
50 Sit ups

Post time and scaling to chalkboard/journal
