Hollow rocks
KB Sumo deadlift high pull
Toes to bar...
-Then immediately walk outside to the front do:
for time, using the same weight as the tabata set, complete:
800m run
20 Kb swings
15 sumo deadlift high pulls
10 toes to bar
Post all of the following: heaviest 3 set deadlift, total number of reps for tabata, total time for 800m+ WOD.
