SIGN UP: another check in with you all regarding the SIGN UP challenge. There are 19 individuals who have posted on the chalkboard the events, classes, lessons, seminars, etc that they are going to sign up for. The end of the month is coming and Jan 31 is the date that was set to have you commit to an event, etc, to sign up for. Quite a few of you are already signed up and in progress. For example: Jordan is in week 2 of piano lessons, Holden and Priscilla attended their first week of dance classes, Kolby is signed up for the half marathon and has gotten in one long run , Lisette and Ondrej have partnered up for the challenge and have been meeting for a few weeks now, Darryl found a good deal on some private sessions he will attend and Tom has narrowed down his search to the EMT course. Look forward to seeing 40 more of you get signed up for something... and even more important- to get out there and do something new! Tuesday's WOD: classes at 6 and 9am, again at 4 and 6pm. Fundamentals class at 8am. Snatch grip deadlift, 3 rep sets 15 minute time limit to work up to a heavy set of 3 -then- Four rounds of tabata, for max total reps: KB swing 24/20kg Hollow rocks KB Sumo deadlift high pull Toes to bar... -Then immediately walk outside to the front do: for time, using the same weight as the tabata set, complete: 800m run 20 Kb swings 15 sumo deadlift high pulls 10 toes to bar Post all of the following: heaviest 3 set deadlift, total number of reps for tabata, total time for 800m+ WOD.
