This Saturday we have a 10am Team WOD as usual- though there will not be a yoga class.
Instead, we are running a small group introduction/orientation session for CrossFit newcomers. Do you know anyone interested in CrossFit who has not yet ventured into the Hut? Someone who has talked about signing up but needs a gentle nudge to get them started? Well this coming Saturday from 8:30am til 9:45am, by advance sign up only, we will run a small group orientation- where the basics of the program are explained, and a 45 minute mini-CrossFit session is run, culminating in CF Baseline WOD. Know anyone?... have them give us a call or email. And when you arrive for the 10am Team WOD on Saturdday- introduce yourself to the newcomers:) You remember what it was like when you started out.

Tuesday's WOD: classes at 6 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm. Fundamentals class at 8am.
