It is important to know how to fall.  In sports like indoor volleyball, this is a skill that is practiced often.  That's because it is critical in staying safe on the court when chasing down a wild pass or deflected block.  Fallling INCORRECTLY can easily lead to a broken wrist or collar bone.  Below, Cole demonstrates the shoulder roll.

Tuesday's WOD: class times at 6 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm.  Foundations class at 8am.
15 minutes snatch technique work
-then-
Barbell complex- Five endurance/strength sets
5 sets NOT for time:
5 times, unbroken, thru the following sequence of movements, AHAP:
Deadlift, squat clean, power clean, front squat, push jerk, front squat
This is done all touch and go, no dropping weight throughout sequence of 30 movements!  You can rest only in the front rack position.
After you go thru one set, rest as needed (3 minutes at minimum), then move on.
Post lightest and heaviest full rounds to chalkboard/journal.
