Thursday's WOD: class times at 6am, 9am, 4pm. Fundamentals class at 8am
Thursday Night Open Games Night- arrive at 5pm... plan on a few hours!
As many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 burpees (6" above standing reach with shoulder shrug)
snatch 30 reps, 34/20kg
snatch 30 reps, 61/34kg
snatch 30 reps, 75/45kg
snatch 95/54kg as many reps as possible.
Post results to chalkboard AND to CrossFit Games website. Scores must be submitted by 3/10, 5pm
