All are encouraged to arrive before 9am and stay thru the BBQ which will begin around 11am. Here is the rough schedule:
8:45-9:15am- Arrival, sign-in, fill out waivers (for guests and visitors)
9:15am- 5k run (or shorter, 1 & 2 mile time trials) We'll meet at the Hut and walk out to PCH together.
10:00am- FRAN and CrossFit Baseline running concurrently in a few heats
11:00am- BYOW= Bring your own WOD... you can gather a few people and choose any WOD you like, we will run it, judge/time it and certify it!
11ish- BBQ gets fired up and you can start grilling
All morning- cheering, congratulating, socializing, cooking, eating drinking and exercising!
BBQ- grill, utensils, water, beer and some small sides are provided- bring anything you like to put on the grill and feel free to bring something to share!
Can't wait. Im shooting to knock off about 10 seconds ( hopefully more) from my previous fran time. So my goal is about a 4:05 scaled Fran.
