Thursday WOD
Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
For max total volume. Add up the highest total for 8 sets. That means you get two reps of "misses"- this is to encourage athletes to go heavy with out worrying too much about missing a few. If you make all 10 sets, use your highest 8 numbers to total your score.
Post total score and highest 2RM to journals/chalkboards.
