Vanessa cheers on Hannah as she finishes the last round of yesterday's dips. And while we moved out of the ten minute time domain... everyone did a great job of keeping it in the mid-teens. Tough one to maintain momentum as the pull ups and dips pumped out the arms and the only thing to de-pump is a quick rest and a shake out!

Thursday's WOD
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
70/45kg Deadlift, 6 reps
9 Push-ups (hand release!)
12 Box jumps, 24/20" box
Post number of rounds and scaling to journals/chalkboards.
