This week's Habit:
I will eat X servings of vegetables daily. REMEMBER- create a habit that you are 90% sure you can hit ... and when you are successful and a few weeks later you feel like upping the serving amount, you can! Personally, I am shooting for 2 servings daily this week.

Run 400 meters
30 Wall Ball Shots, 20/14 pounds
