Inaugural WOD



If Finnegan had any input for first WOD choice at CrossFit Malibu, we KNOW what we would be doing! Burpees, yay.... (or ugh, it depends!) Whether or not burpees find their way out of the hopper on September 8th is still unknown- 6am is coming soon and we will all be ready. Hope to see you.

    Hey Man!!

    Great to see how groovily everything is working out for you! Just judging from the few picks you've posted of the space, it looks waayyy kick ass!!

    I can't wait to get up there and check it all out!

    And syncronistically enough, I may end up having my opening on that same Sept 8th!
