Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

Here is how you do it...run a fast 400m, do AS MANY PULLUPS AS YOU CAN, then you run another 400m, repeat. As many pull ups as you can means just that. If you drop from the bar... run 400m. If you can do one more, two more, five more pull ups.... keep doing pull ups!

If you need to, use an appropriate pull up band so that you can get into the double digits and won't spend 18 minutes running!

If your pull ups are not yet too far along... don't do this workout as an AMRAP because doing a TON of jumping pull ups is NOT a good idea! Pick one of these workouts instead:

Puppies:
5 rounds of:
Run 200 M
12 jumping pull ups or beginner pull ups

Buttercups
3 rounds
run 200 M
12 jumping pull ups
