30 Muscle ups for time.
Two scaled versions from CrossFit Brand X are:
For time: 15 MUs or 30 Jumping muscle ups and 30 pull ups and 30 dips.
For time: 10 MUs or 40 jumping pull-ups and 40 bench dips or 20 squat muscle ups.
This will be a fun one for CrossFit Malibu member, Curt (above)- who just did his first muscle up 2 days ago!
Curt credits this video for his recent achievement. Personally, I think it was good coaching and an enthusiastic audience.
