Friday 090924 WOD


Tenacious!... Check out Scott.  He's sweaty, dirty, scraped up and cranking through his last set of push-ups in the Virtual Shoveling Couplet from Tuesday.  Scott loves CrossFit because it increases his work capacity across broad time and modal domains.  And because it works.

Looking forward to Fight Gone Bad on Saturday!  10am- we will run as many groups as we need to... bring friends, enemies, family.  All proceeds go to Athletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project.
