Yes, a relatively heavy lifting day... just like Monday! Hit it hard and and be grateful that everyday isn't a 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). Work on solid technique during the warm up and make sure you have some trained eyes giving you feedback...which is why it is of fundamental importance to develop YOUR OWN eye for good, trained movement!
The 10am and 5pm On Ramp classes are doing a different WOD each day- something other than the posted WOD- for the next 4 weeks. The program began on this week which runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week for a total of 12 sessions. Active participation and completion of the On Ramp curriculum is an excellent way to develop sound technique, solid fundamentals across CrossFits 9 foundational movements, and develop an understanding of high intensity, functional exercise. Great workout at CrossFit Fishbowl. Kendra made some serious progress on her squat and Mike & Scott worked up to an 80kg 5 rep max.
