Increasing Clean and Jerks per minute
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed. Be smart about scaling this appropriately- as Mark Rippetoe says, "Don't be pigheaded." If you take too much ego into this and use too much weight... you will likely only last a few minutes and then end up with that sinking feeling and a voice in your head saying, "Is the workout over already?" And the answer will be, "Yes, it's over until the next time this WOD comes around!"

great work Scott, Kendra, and Ned! Ned was new to the C&J so he did medicine ball cleans at 20 lbs.... and did 2/minute and increased by 2 each minute and made it thru the 7th minute and did a few reps at 8. He worked out next to Scott- an experienced C&J-er. A perfect example of universal scalability of CrossFit! Great job all.
