Saturday 091031 Halloween WOD

AMRAP 13 minutes of:

30m walking lunges, pumpkin overhead
Sit-ups, pumpkin on chest
Thrusters, pumpkin pressed out overhead
Rest













2 teams of 4, one member at each station, switch stations as each member completes walking lunges, keep running total of sit-ups and thrusters.
