Jennifer finishes up the final 200m sprint of the On Ramp program! Jennifer comes to CrossFit Malibu from an exercise program of walking 2 miles around the track each weekday. She has incorporated 3 days of CrossFit via the On Ramp program- which she successfully completed this past week. The addition of strength, speed, power combined with the coordination, agility, balance and accuracy that CrossFit gives Jennifer a dramatic boost in general physical fitness and adds to the endurance and stamina she has gained from the track work she does. Great job Jennifer!
