The Known and the Unknown
Part 1-
Burpee Ladder- with a running clock, do:
1 burpee in minute one, 2 burpees in minute two, 3 in three...
Continue until unable to complete the # of burpees in the
given minute.
Part 2-
X number of rounds of:
100m run
5 KB swings
X= the # of rounds completed in the burpee ladder
(note to readers... Athletes in today's WOD knew there was a Part 2 to this WOD, but didn't know that their performance in Part 1 would dictate work in Part 2- that changes things considerably!)
