For time:
62kg Squat clean, 10 reps (women 44kg)
50 GHD Sit-ups
62kg Squat clean, 8 reps
40 GHD Sit-ups
62kg Squat clean, 6 reps
30 GHD Sit-ups
62kg Squat clean, 4 reps
20 GHD Sit-ups
62kg lb Squat clean, 2 reps
10 GHD Sit-ups






















Scaling options:
decrease weight to 52kg, 44kg, 36kg, etc...
decrease  reps for GHD down to 40, 30, 20, 10, 5
substitute AbMat Sit-ups for GHD Sit-ups
