Just duct tape and go!









If substituting bar dips- do 3 for every indicated ring dip.  For scaled ring dips- place the toes on the ground directly under the hips and go thru the complete range of motion.  For somewhat more scaled ring dips- put heels on a box placed about 2 feet in front of you.  Make sure you get complete range of motion- shoulder dropping just below the elbow.

  1. Great classes today! Max and Kendra took total control of the morning session. Scott and Kai endured the heavy winds outside while Andrew and Robert pushed it hard indoors in the evening class. It was a fun day at the Hut!
