1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings
12 Pull-ups

Are you ready to push hard through this? I hope so... because it is time to hit this one hard. Sprint the 400 meters. No, really... run hard. Then get thru the kettlebell swings- 21 reps without a break is do-able. And then tolerate 12 quick pull ups. Three times. You can do it. Decide that you can.
