Thursday 100128 Barbara

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

The Grand Opening seems like it was yesterday!  It has been a while since our last party... so here are a list of upcoming events that you should put on your calendar:

Saturday February 27th- late afternoon/early evening; WOD and party celebrating all members with decade birthdays!  We know there are AT LEAST 3 of us out there.

Saturday March 20th- 10am to2pm; Goal Performance Field Day and BBQ- everyone will compete to beat at least one of their 2 month goals.  A number of you will be running the 5k course, some will be doing Fran, and others will be crushing their CrossFit Baselines.  Participate, cheer on others, set PRs, eat food.

  2. yup... I know of at least 6 members: Victor, Curt, Leanne, Nina, Gayle, Mike.

    I wonder if there are any more??

  3. This 6am group is solid.... not always the same 5-6 people, but definitely a consistent showing at the pre-sunrise session.

    So... who wants MORE 6am sessions??
