  1. Marking the holiday with a 6:58/22.5/jumpers. First shot at ring dips: good times!

  3. 9:43, need work on the Ring Dips...not an easy one for our 1st President's Birthday. Rob taught me a valuable lesson today- eating healthy is a lifestyle- take it one step at a time, no rush.
