So this week has gone Helen ( which i missed) 7x1 dead lift 7x1 clean and jerk and now Jackie this week is awesome. That 1000 meter row is gonna be tough but then to follow it up by thrusters ouch. I am definitely looking forward to this one
Going from this into Barbara Gone Bad (5 rounds of 30 secs each of PullU/PushU/SitU/Squ) on Saturday landed with both feet on my weak spots, and pulling a quad before the WOD today didn't help. But I felt a real difference in my pull-ups over the last two days, just from mental/technique progression.

ReplyDeleteCrashed a bit by end, not enough carbs this morning and too many last night! Diet makes a difference.
ReplyDelete8:15 felt good on the row but the pull ups were rough by the end. Had fun plus I was supprised by 1000meter row time.
