8:45-9:15am- Arrival, sign-in, fill out waivers (for guests and visitors)
9:15am- 5k run (or shorter, 1 mile and; 2 mile time trials) We'll meet at the Hut and walk out to PCH together.
10:00am- FRAN and CrossFit Baseline running concurrently in a few heats
11:00am- BYOW= Bring your own WOD... you can gather a few people and choose any WOD you like, we will run it, judge/time it and certify it!
11ish- BBQ gets fired up and you can start grilling
All morning- cheering, congratulating, socializing, cooking, eating drinking and CrossFitting!
BBQ- grill, utensils, water, beer and some small sides are provided- bring anything you like to put on the grill and feel free to bring something to share!
I am sooo tired right now. When I got back to the apartment I just collapsed onto the couch. This was an awesome event I had a ton of fun.
