Lowered the weight in the deadlifts so I could focus on my technique and push the runs. 800 m was a long run for me each time but by the third one I foud the rythm. Now If I could just rememberhat rythm for the next run.
After scrambling the order of the 200/400 sections of the 800s this day, and losing track of my pullup rounds on Tues, I had a dream last night about forgetting my count and having to repeat a a two-hour-long(!?) WOD from scratch. I woke up tired. Maybe it's time to stop sleeping during actual workouts (see yesterday's pic) and start getting some actual rest at night.
Uggh I had I feeling it was going to be dead lift, not so sure I could have seen it like this though. This should be interesting
