Davis, from the TEEN class, gets UP while testing his standing vertical jump!  One of a few teenagers who attends CrossFit Malibu a couple of times each week- Davis is increasing his general fitness- including strength, power and speed in addition to his metabolic capacity- which is translating directly to his improved performance on the tennis court.  While CrossFit is most often directed at the generalist- there is MUCH to be said for adding our training regimen a few times a week to a person seeking sports specific gains.  Ask at least 10 individuals who belong to Malibu Racquet Club who have improved their tennis game as well as their health-related fitness as a result of their hardwork at CrossFit Malibu.
