Friday 100618 Complex AMRAP


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
44kg/30kg Thruster, 5 reps
44kg/30kg Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
44kg/30kg Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
Post rounds completed to journals/chalkboard.


















Jeff finishes up Handstand Pushup Helen.... the rest of the group  sort of cheers him on.  Sort of too tired to do anything else.
