Wednesday 100616 Handstand Helen


Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood
12 Handstand push-ups
Post time to journal/chalkboard.



















Lots of sunny warm weather and ground to overhead WODs have lead to time outdoors!  Here, Stephanie finishes a hang snatch with a big PR.

Join us this coming Saturday for a 5pm Group WOD, followed by a BBQ (bring your own meat) and movie in the Hut.
