Inspiring and motivating to hear so many people around the Hut today discussing issues related to the ZONE program in the first few days. One of the most common questions/concerns was regarding levels of hunger. How many blocks are you using right now and how do you know this is the most accurate and beneficial amount? If you have been sticking with, say, 16 blocks for 3 days and are frequently hungry, then you can try upping it to 17 by adding an extra block to a meal or adding a single block snack at some point during the day. These and other issues will be discussed tomorrow morning at 9am prior to the Sat 10amWOD, at the Zone Challenge Support Group.
