Saturday 100710 Beach WOD

We will be meeting, as usual at CrossFit Malibu- then at 10:10am, jog over to Surfrider Beach and do the WOD next to the lifeguard tower between Third Point and the Colony.

Two partners complete 12 rounds for time of:
10 Kettlebell swings
50m dry sand sprint
5 sand burpees
50m dry sand sprint
 
One partner (A) works, the other (B) rests.  Complete rounds as follows:
A does one round, B rests; B does one round, A rests
A does two rounds, B rests; B does two rounds, A rests
A does three rounds, B rests; B does three rounds, A rests

Here is a graph that demonstrates the Suffer Index of this WOD!  After each minute I asked him, "how bad did that round hurt?" Rounds 1-3 resulted in little suffering.  By round 6 the suffering doubled.  By round 10 the suffering reaches a max of 10!  In the final 2 rounds, Jack gave numbers higher then 10... off the charts.  Nice work Jack- thanks for a solid effort and for contributing to the body of scientific knowledge in this evidence based training program :)
